Operational Rigour
We hire people who understand that the quality of a programme is determined by the quality of its planning. Detail, contingency thinking, and proactive communication are non-negotiable.
Destination Knowledge
We prefer candidates who have direct, on-the-ground experience with Madagascar or similar complex destinations. Context replaces process documentation.
Partner Mindset
We work in a relationship-dependent environment. The ability to build and maintain trust with local operators, lodge partners, and international buyers is central to every role.
Clear Communication
Internal and external communication at Vivy is direct, specific, and free of unnecessary formality. We expect the same from people we work with.
Honest Assessment
We value people who can identify a problem and name it clearly — to colleagues, to partners, and to clients. We do not reward optimism that overrides operational reality.
Initiative Within Structure
We are a small team. Roles have clear scope, but the ability to act without being asked — and to flag when something is outside your scope — is expected from everyone.
