Within 24 hours, our operations team returns a formal proposal. It includes a detailed itinerary with validated travel times, the proposed vehicle class, net-rate costing, and our terms of service. This document is the basis for our engagement.

Service Confirmation
Upon your approval, we lock in the vehicle and driver allocation. A final service voucher is issued, confirming all logistical details and contact points. This voucher serves as the official operational document for the transfer.

Execution & Reporting
The transfer is executed under the supervision of our operations desk. Upon successful completion, we provide a confirmation of service delivery. For ongoing contracts, we supply consolidated reporting for simplified accounting and reconciliation.

For standard routes like Antananarivo city or airport transfers, we request 24 hours' notice. For inter-regional transfers or remote destinations, a minimum of 72 hours allows for proper vehicle preparation and driver scheduling. Last-minute requests are subject to availability.
