Our Approach

Madagascar offers something increasingly rare in the incentive market: experiences that cannot be replicated or found elsewhere. Its endemic wildlife, isolated landscapes, and limited-access sites provide a foundation for programs built around genuine exclusivity and discovery.

Executing corporate and incentive programs here requires a different operational model than standard tourism. Access to specific sites is often constrained by season, permits, or group size, demanding precise logistical coordination and local knowledge to secure.

Vivy Corporate's role is to orchestrate these components. We source, brief, and oversee the local operators, guides, and access points on your behalf, ensuring every element aligns with program objectives and safety protocols.

We do not build from a menu of excursions. We design programs by securing the access, logistics, and local partners required to meet your group's specific objectives.

This means access to a private reserve or a specific marine site is confirmed with the operator before a program is proposed, not after.

Trekking & Adventure Programs

Trekking programs are arranged as dedicated group circuits with private guides, particularly for sites like the Tsingy de Bemaraha UNESCO site or Isalo's canyons. Access to the Tsingy's technical routes is dependent on the dry season, typically April to November, and requires pre-arranged permits.

We can arrange a fully-catered beachfront dinner on a remote stretch of Nosy Be or a sunset reception on a private rooftop in Antananarivo, managing all logistical and supply chain requirements.

Conservation Programs

This provides direct access to remote lodges or allows for efficient island-hopping between archipelagos, bypassing ground infrastructure limitations. The Curation Process

Group Profile Assessment

We begin by analyzing the group's profile, program objectives, physical capabilities, and risk tolerance. This initial assessment determines the foundational criteria for experience selection and logistical planning.

Operator Assessment

Each local operator is evaluated based on their operational history, safety record, and equipment standards. Our local team confirms their capacity to manage specific group sizes and adhere to program protocols before they are considered for any proposal.

Logistics Mapping

We map the complete logistical chain for each potential experience, from ground transport times to site access permits. Feasibility, timing, and capacity are confirmed with on-ground contacts before any commitment is made.

Access Arrangement

On behalf of our partners, we arrange the terms for private access. This includes negotiating lodge buy-outs, securing dedicated guides for public parks, or chartering vessels for exclusive use of remote marine sites. We secure private access to private property, not public heritage sites.

On-Ground Oversight

A named Vivy coordinator is assigned to oversee all on-ground logistics during the program. This individual briefs each local operator, confirms protocols are in place, and serves as the central point of contact for the group leader.

Every experience begins with feasibility. Access, capacity, logistics, and operational requirements are validated before inclusion in a program.
