A Network Built Through Operations, Not Directories
Vivy Corporate does not own assets. Our value lies in the design and coordination of a trusted network of in-country providers. This network is not a directory; it has been built and refined since 2019 through the delivery of corporate, incentive, and executive travel programs across Madagascar.
Partners are selected based on operational performance and reliability. New suppliers are typically introduced through an initial assessment, followed by smaller-scale assignments before being entrusted with larger programs. Key considerations include responsiveness, operational readiness, service consistency, and alignment with client expectations.
This approach allows us to identify the most suitable supplier or team for each objective, whether coordinating a fleet of identical 4x4 vehicles for a corporate convoy or securing an exclusive property for an executive retreat. The network continues to evolve through ongoing collaboration, feedback, and regular site visits.
For our partners, this provides a single operational interface for managing multiple suppliers across Madagascar, with centralized coordination, accountability, and local oversight throughout the program lifecycle.

Air charter coordinators, 4x4 fleet operators, coastal transfer specialists, and baggage handling partners for remote access points.
Local Associations
Community organisations, conservation groups, and cultural contacts who provide access to restricted areas, ceremonial events, and authentic engagement opportunities.
Medical & Emergency
Medical evacuation services, local clinic contacts, and emergency coordination partners for remote programme areas. Required for all multi-day itineraries.
Our Ground Network
This category includes vehicle fleet operators and expeditionary drivers. We vet providers based on vehicle maintenance schedules, driver training in remote terrain navigation and recovery, and their capacity to deploy consistent vehicle models for group movements. This enables reliable, safe transit across Madagascar's variable road systems, from paved highways to unmapped pistes.
We maintain a portfolio of properties, from city-based business hotels to exclusive-use lodges, evaluated against a 50-point checklist. Criteria include room block capacity, private dining facilities, data connectivity, security protocols, and staff-to-guest ratios. This allows us to match lodging to the specific security, privacy, and service requirements of corporate and incentive groups.
We do not publish the names of our network partners. These relationships are built on direct operational history and are a protected component of our service architecture.
